Station Side Dental Care is hiring a dental hygienist in Oswego, IL! $3,000 welcome bonus!
As a clinical provider and patient advocate, you'll be given all the resources you need to provide exceptional care, while expanding your clinical skillset. You'll work in an environment that encourages full clinical autonomy, backed by the ability to tap into a hygiene mentor program.

Station Side Dental Care

Station Side Dental Care is looking for a friendly, collaborative dental hygienist to join our team!
Schedule:
- Monday 8:00am-5:00pm
- Tuesday 10:00am-7:00pm
- Wednesday 10:00am-7:00pm (flexible on end time)
- Thursday off
- Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
Consistent patient schedule:
- Single column schedule
- 60min recare, 90min new patient appointment!
- SRP appointments are 60-90 minutes, flexible on hygienist need!
About Station Side Dental Care:
- Join a 12-person team that thrives on collaboration, communication and community!
- 12 operatory practice, hosting 5 hygienists and 2 doctors during the week.
- We are located directly off of Orchard Road, just North of Fox River.
What we're looking for:
- Passionate about patient care and oral health education.
- Engaging and friendly, making patients feel comfortable and cared for.
- Experience with Dentrix software and iTero scanner is a plus.
- An ambitious team player who contributes to our positive and nurturing work environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide top-tier dental hygiene treatments and oral health assessments.
- Educate patients on preventive care and oral hygiene best practices.
- Collaborate with our amazing dental team to ensure top-notch patient experiences.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene from an accredited program.
- Open to new graduate or experienced hygienist!
- A valid dental hygienist license in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting patient relationships.
