HR Business Partner / Director

My client has an HR Business Partner / Director opportunity for someone with multi-State responsibility. Travel is low (10%) and opportunity for growth is very high. Someone with 5 to 10 years of experience and a background partnering with management would be a good fit. · Provide strategic leadership for Labor Relations, Succession Planning, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, and Executive-Level HR initiatives.

· Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on people strategy, culture, risk management, and organizational effectiveness.

· Oversee Human Resources, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll functions through department leadership.

· Lead, mentor, and develop HR leadership teams across multiple locations.

· Drive HR KPIs, workforce analytics, and talent management initiatives.

· Partner with management and executive leadership to support business growth and long-term succession planning.

· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

· Lead employee relations, labor relations, policy development, and performance management strategies.

· Support organizational growth, integration, and change-management initiatives.

· Develop and execute compensation, benefits, retention, and engagement strategies.

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred; advanced degree and/or SPHR, SHRM-SCP helpful.

· 5 to 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including Generalist and Business Partner level responsibility.

· Demonstrated success managing multi-State HR operations and complex employee populations.

· 100% in-office position. No remote or hybrid work arrangements.

· Compensation: $130,000 to $190,000 base salary, plus additional performance bonus opportunity, and comprehensive company benefits package.
