Reviewandapproveinvoices,paymentrequests,andvendoraccountreconciliations. DevelopandmaintainAPprocedures,internalcontrols,andbestpractices. CollaboratewithPurchasing,Receiving,Finance,andotherdepartmentstoensuresmoothtransactionprocessing. TrainandsupportAPstaffwhilefosteringacollaborativeteamenvironment. Assistwithinternalandexternalauditsasneeded. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor'sdegreeinAccounting,Finance,orrelatedfield. 5+yearsofprogressiveAccountsPayableoraccountingexperience, StrongknowledgeofAPprocesses,accountingprinciples,andinternalcontrols. Experiencehandlinghigh-volumeinvoiceprocessingandinventory-relatedtransactions. Excellentanalytical,organizational,andproblem-solvingskills. Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskills. AdvancedproficiencyinMicrosoftExcelandMicrosoftOfficeapplications. ExperiencewithERPsystemsandAPautomationtoolspreferred. Abilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesandmeetdeadlinesinafast-pacedenvironment.
