IT Project Lead

Job Description IT Project Lead for MiniMed – Minneapolis, MN. Coordinate the architecture and functionality of applications, emphasizing modularity for reuse across a suite of applications. Evaluate and apply secure coding and design practices to existing and new products. Troubleshoot SAP issues, manage interactions with SAP support, research and recommend OSS notes, and create & follow up on incidents. Utilize Waterfall and Agile development methodologies, continuous build and integration solutions with GO and Jenkins, and a range of technologies including ASP.NET, C#, ADO.NET, ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Windows Forms, SQL Server, .NET Framework, IIS, JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, SOAP, XML, HTML, CSS and WCF. Design and develop SQL Server‑based relational database architecture, including tables, views, triggers, functions, and stored procedures. Apply reliability testing & modeling techniques (DOE, FMEA), develop test protocols for design verification & validation, and follow principles of Designing for Reliability & Manufacturability, DMADV/DMADOV, or Design for Six Sigma. Qualifications Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. At least two (2) years of experience as an IT Business Systems Analyst or in a related occupation. At least two (2) years of experience with each of the following: Waterfall and Agile development methodologies. Continuous build and integration solutions including GO and Jenkins. ASP.NET, C#, ADO.NET, ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Windows Forms, SQL Server, .NET Framework, IIS, JavaScript, JSON, jQuery. SOAP, XML, HTML, CSS, and WCF. Design and development of SQL Server‑based relational database architecture, including tables, views, triggers, functions, and stored procedures. Application of reliability testing & modeling techniques (DOE, FMEA) and development of test protocols for design verification & validation. Designing for Reliability & Manufacturability (DRM) and DMADV/DMADOV or Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) principles. Benefits & Compensation MiniMed offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $110,000 for U.S. locations and a robust benefits package for employees working 20 or more hours per week.
