Project Manager - Reconstruction/Restoration
Pay: $20hr DOE
Do you enjoy helping people through challenging situations while leading projects from start to finish? We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee reconstruction and restoration projects. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, enjoys working with people, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Evaluate, sell, and manage reconstruction projects
- Educate customers on the process and maintain clear communication
- Define project scope, budget, and schedule
- Ensure permits are obtained and compliance requirements are met
- Review and approve estimates with customers and clients
- Coordinate subcontractors and vendors
- Monitor quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction throughout the project
- Knowledge of construction processes (framing, drywall, paint, finish carpentry, etc.)
- Restoration industry experience required (mitigation and reconstruction).
- IICRC WRT certification required (expired certifications may be considered); ASD, ORT, FSDRT, TCR, or similar certifications are a plus.
- Experience with Xactimate estimating and insurance claim processes.
- Strong project management, customer service, and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods
- Work in varied conditions (heat, heights, climbing ladders, etc.)
