Includes company vehicle Includes company gas card Job Duties: Demonstrates safe work habits while performing all electrical service tasks/projects with limited supervision. Executes plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting, services, intercom, fire alarm and other electrical systems. Performs effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units. Installs commercial electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for alarm and other systems Installs safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.) Prevents breakdown of systems by routinely inspecting and replacing old wiring and insulated cables, cleaning circuits etc. Performs effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units Ability to use ( Sage) Work order system and provide detailed notes, hours work, material used Ensure proper care of tools, equipment, and vehicles utilized by service department. Demonstrable ability to use power, electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter, benders, drills, etc.) Thorough knowledge of electrical Code, and perform to code electrical service/installations The ability to understand electrical drawings, schematics and blueprints Thorough knowledge of OSHA safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines Must have valid vehicle operator's license and be deemed insurable by the Company's insurance carrier Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
