Rosewood Mini Market | Columbia, SC | Full-Time
$15.00 – $16.00 / hour + tips
We're looking for a Lead Barista to run our Blossom Bar at Rosewood Mini Market. Someone who makes great coffee, trains others to do the same, and helps set the standard for the whole team.
What You'll Do:
- Craft and oversee espresso drinks and coffee to Rosewood standards
- Train and mentor baristas on the team
- Help manage bar setup, inventory, and ordering
- Lead by example on customer service and quality
- Step in wherever the shift needs you
What We're Looking For:
- Solid barista experience, comfortable running a bar solo (1 - 2 years preferred)
- Natural leader, patient teacher, sets the tone for the team
- Calm and organized under pressure during rushes
- Dependable and punctual
- Ready to take ownership, not just show up
