CNA - Memory Care Earn $21.50 to $24.25 an hour as a Memory Care CNA at Collingswood Manor, based on your experience. Per diem and part-time evening shifts are open now. What you'll do: Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily hygiene in our memory care neighborhood Follow each resident's care plan and document care so the whole team stays on the same page Make regular rounds so residents get consistent, familiar support Assist residents at mealtimes and with mobility equipment Build real relationships with residents, not just check boxes What you'll need (required): Active New Jersey Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Comfortable working in a memory care setting Able to complete a flu vaccination (medical and religious exemptions available) and pass a background check and drug screen Preferred: 1+ year of experience in assisted living or long-term care Pay and benefits: $21.50 to $24.25 per hour, based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Group life and voluntary life insurance Tuition assistance, professional development, and e-learning access Generous PTO plus 9 paid holidays Retirement plan with employer match Employee assistance and discount programs Schedule: Part-time and per diem.
