We are looking for a determined, high energy, well organized individual to join our DiMartino Dental Lab team in Renton, Washington. Answer phones and assist customers with any questions or concerns Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, reports and other correspondence Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings Maintain lab inventory, prepare on-line requisitions for inventory re-stocking Manage incoming and outgoing shipments; Track packages to ensure on-time delivery All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required Qualifications: Minimum of one (1) year of clerical experience in a corporate environment preferred Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, and techniques preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level Basic computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs High level of attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Highly motivated with the ability to quickly learn procedures and products Exceptional customer service skills Team player is a must Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
