Are you seeking a paid Internship with a strong company where you will be mentored and gain invaluable experience? If yes, then Tree Top has an exciting opportunity for you at our Support Center in Selah, WA.

The ideal candidate will be currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a college/university pursuing an Human Resource, Business or Organizational Behavior degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA. The candidate should have a strong motivation to build their career in Food Production/Manufacturing.

This full-time, paid Internship will begin in May/June 2027. The internship will conclude after 90 days. Start/end dates are flexible to meet school schedule.

LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Understand the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Gain experience screening resumes and scheduling interviews.

Employee Onboarding

• Assist with onboarding activities and new hire orientation.
• Learn requirements for employee documentation and compliance.

HR Operations & Administration

• Develop skills in HR data entry, reporting, and record management.
• Gain proficiency in maintaining accurate employee records.

Employee Relations

• Observe and learn employee relations processes.
• Develop professional communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Training & Development

• Gain experience creating training materials and communications.
• Understand adult learning principles and employee development practices.

Compliance & Employment Law

• Gain knowledge of employment laws and workplace regulations.
• Understand equal employment opportunity, discrimination prevention, and workplace safety requirements.

Professional Development

• Strengthen written and verbal communication skills.
• Build professional business etiquette and customer service skills.
