Management Trainee Program

CED's Management Training program is tailored to sales-minded candidates seeking management positions. Management Trainees are taught every aspect of CED's business in order to run their own multi-million-dollar location upon completion of the training.On-the-job training lasts for 2-3 years and includes rotations inWarehouseCounter salesAccounts payableAccounts receivablePurchasingAccount managementProject managementInventory management andThroughout the program, trainees attend multiple sessions focused on electrical products, sales, and management.This position provides real on-the-job training and online training related to electrical systems, sales, and management.
