Marketing Manager, Organic Growth

Seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager, Organic Growth & Campaigns, this full-time remote position will manage the planning, execution, and optimization of organic marketing initiatives, including campaigns across social media, email, and account-based marketing channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Lead the development and execution of integrated organic marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company priorities and market trends Manage the organic social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, and performance monitoring across relevant platforms Develop and execute email marketing strategies, including promotional and nurture campaigns, while analyzing performance metrics for continuous improvement Required qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or related fields Experience managing organic social media programs, particularly in a B2B or SaaS environment Hands-on experience developing and executing email campaigns, including ABM and nurture programs Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make informed recommendations
