Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: OB/GYN Duration: 14 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2+ years in OB/GYN License: Active Michigan License Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS Active American Heart Association ACLS Active NRP Active AWHONN Must-Have: High proficiency in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum care Ability to pass a dysrhythmia test prior to working on the floor Covid vaccine required, exemptions allowed Description: The family birth place serves over 500 families each year. It offers new mothers the comforts of home for their labor, delivery, and recovery experience. Caring and compassion are hallmarks of the obstetric team. We encourage mothers along each step of their maternity and delivery care. Support persons are invited to share in the experiences. Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. Requests after upload or during the interview will not be approved. No more than five days of requested time off will be accepted. Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered. Every third weekend and holidays may be required if needed.
