• Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

Practice Details

• Practice Setting: Outpatient/Inpatient

• Comprehensive Cancer Center attached to hospital

• Reason for Coverage: Full-time physician relocation; replacement needed

• Number of Physicians in Practice: 2 full-time Radiation Oncologists

• Other Radiation Oncologists on-site during coverage: Yes

• APP Support: 2 APPs provide coverage

• Patient Population: Adult

• EMR: Mosaiq / EPIC

• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: ~90 days

Patient Volume

• Outpatient (Clinic): 3050 patients/day

• Inpatient (Rounding): 25 patients/day

Required Procedures

• Conventional Radiotherapy

• 3D Radiotherapy

• SBRT / IMRT

• External Beam Radiation (3D-CRT, IGRT, IMRT)

• Helical Tomotherapy

• Stereotactic Radiosurgery

• Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)

• Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology REQUIRED

• Active Michigan License REQUIRED

• BLS REQUIRED
