Key Responsibilities:

• Visitor reception - Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
• Front-desk communication - Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
• Scheduling coordination - Manage appointments and conference room bookings
• Mail and package handling - Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Office supply management - Maintain inventory and coordinate with vendors
• Common-area upkeep - Keep kitchen and shared spaces stocked, tidy, and organized
• Errand support - Handle package drop-offs and occasional office errands
• Project assistance - Support special projects and additional tasks as needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Personal reliable transportation required
