Your Role as Clinical Team Support

In this role, you will support daily clinical operations by coordinating schedules and ensuring seamless communication between patients and clinicians.

Responsibilities include:

· Scheduling patient visits in accordance with physician orders and care plans

· Coordinating clinician schedules to optimize productivity and coverage

· Managing daily scheduling changes, call-outs, and urgent visit needs

· Answering and triaging incoming calls to support clinical operations

· Tracking medical supplies and supporting RAP/EOE processes

· Maintaining accurate scheduling and documentation within the EMR

· Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (in-office role)

Compensation: $18-$21 per hour

Qualifications

· High school diploma (required)

· Prior home health scheduling experience (required)

· Experience in home health administration (preferred)

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
