Business Analyst
US Bank is looking for a Business Analyst for a 6 month contract to start – potential to extend. The position is hybrid on site in Minneapolis or 100% remote is fine if not local.
Projects:
Migration of SharePoint site and building out a new project intake in SharePoint system. Using SharePoint Online, the person will help build out a logical folder structure. There will be a SharePoint development team doing the development, though. This person will be responsible for making sure requirements are defined clearly. They need someone who won’t just be an order taker but will also find out the who, what, and why behind the business requirement to ensure requirements being built out are truly necessary. They will also be helping with BI projects, might be some data research and discovery, data mining activities this person helps out with.

- Strong Business Analyst skills - requirements gathering
- SQL – strong chops here for activities like data research, discovery, and data mining
- BI knowledge
- Experience with marketing and/or campaign data
Required Skills: Candidate Profile:
- Digital Data experience
- Previous experience building and running campaigns
- Strong in BI reporting and dashboarding
- Need to pull data and analyze data
- Focus to build relationships and work with business partners
- Hands on with SQL - data pulling and manipulation
- User Story creation
- User acceptance criteria – technical enough for dev.
