Senior Account Executive, Financial Services

Define, construct and carry out long-term digital strategies and large scale advertising programs (e.g. brand, programmatic, and performance marketing campaigns, sponsorships, product launches).Design and pitch powerful, data-driven Google solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Google’s advertising offerings and compelling storytelling, while effectively navigating objections to secure investment and exceed revenue sales targets.Build and grow senior relationships (Director, VP, C-level) systematically, forming a trusted advisor relationship to help them grow their business.Operationalize and execute plans by leading a cross-functional team of Googlers and external stakeholders.Demonstrate Google's value clearly by measuring campaign results against customer objectives and competitor’s offerings, and sharing data-driven insights that shape customer strategies and reinforce the partnership.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.Preferred qualifications:Experience with Google Ad Solutions, expertise in video advertising (AI-powered Performance and Video, CTV) and understanding of competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows.Client-facing experience, with a proven track record of influencing across levels within a complex organization in order to drive business success.Proven ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business success.Knowledge of advanced marketing analytics methodologies, such as incrementality testing, MMM, and multi-touch attribution.Businesses of all shapes and sizes rely on Google’s unparalleled advertising solutions to help them grow in today's dynamic marketing environment.
