This role handles mail receiving, sorting, scanning, delivery, and data entry, while also operating high‑volume copiers and managing print requests. The position requires strong customer service, clear communication, the ability to multitask, and the flexibility to shift between mail and copy tasks based on business needs. Physical activity is a core part of the role, including walking between buildings, lifting up to 50 lbs, and pushing handcarts. Key RequirementsStrong customer service skills with confidence interacting in person and electronicallyAbility to multitask and pivot between mail and copy functionsProfessional written and verbal communicationStrong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and push handcarts across a large campusOrganized and able to maintain a clean, efficient work areaReliable team player with a cooperative, positive attitude QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent2–5 years of customer service and MS Office experienceExperience in mail, shipping/receiving, or copy center environments preferredAbility to operate high‑volume copiers (Xerox)Ability to type 40–45 WPMComfortable using PDA scanners and performing data entryValid driver's license (for campus deliveries if required) WATCH Where Service Matters:
