Customer Service Representative

$25-$27 per hour | Monday-Friday | In-Person

What You'll Do

Manage customer orders from entry through delivery and invoicing
Respond to customer emails and provide timely updates
Review purchase orders, quotes, drawings, and print approvals
Enter and maintain accurate order information
Communicate lead times, order details, and delivery updates
Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Accounting, Scheduling, Supply Chain, and Operations
Address late orders, freight concerns, errors, and special requests
Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
Build strong relationships with customers and internal team members
Shift between priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

What We're Looking For

At least two years of customer service or other customer-facing experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to multitask and change direction throughout the day
Confidence handling difficult conversations and resolving problems
Ability to work through gray areas when each situation is different
A customer-first attitude and strong sense of urgency
Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
High school diploma or GED

Experience in order management, logistics, supply chain, inventory management, hospitality, or restaurant management is helpful. SAP or other ERP experience is a plus but not required. Technical or manufacturing experience is not necessary.

Schedule and Pay

Monday-Friday
Generally 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Some flexibility with start time and lunch length
In-person position
$25-$27 per hour, depending on experience
