We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our Hospitalist team in Dothan, Alabama. This full-time, permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality inpatient care within a supportive and collaborative hospital environment.

Key responsibilities include managing and coordinating care for patients admitted to the hospital, conducting thorough patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, monitoring progress, collaborating closely with consulting specialists and the broader care team, leading discharge planning, ensuring safe transitions to outpatient care, participating in hospital quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols, and maintaining compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Requirements include an MD or DO degree from an accredited institution, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, active or eligible for Alabama medical license, strong clinical skills and commitment to compassionate, evidence-based inpatient care, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, multidisciplinary environment.
