HR Supervisor

Position Summary

Join our client’s Houston team as an HR Supervisor overseeing payroll, benefits, and key HR operations. This is a hands-on role for an HR professional with strong payroll experience who can manage day-to-day processes while providing excellent employee support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including changes, approvals, timecards, PTO, GL reports, and W-2s.
• Administer employee benefits, including open enrollment, new hires, qualifying events, terminations, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Manage ACA administration and expatriate tax processes.
• Support payroll, benefits, and HR audits.
• Maintain accurate HRIS, payroll, and employee records.
• Process payroll and benefits invoices.
• Respond to employee payroll and benefits questions.
• Prepare HR and payroll reports and support other HR initiatives as needed.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of HR, payroll, and/or benefits experience.
• Strong hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Benefits administration experience.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; ADP is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
