Job Summary This position may qualify for a sign‑on bonus. Position summary: Renders professional nursing care to patients assigned in a Med‑Surg unit, in support of medical care as directed by medical staff and pursuant to the objectives and policies of the hospital. Work encompasses direct and indirect patient care and collaboration with other disciplines involved in the provision of care. Qualifications Minimum education: Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing Minimum experience: RN license with at least one year of experience on Med‑Surg Required certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS Required licensure: Valid Texas RN license FLSA status: Non‑Exempt Salary grade: Note – required certifications are to be completed by two months of employment.
