Geisinger is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Emergency Medicine physician for the department of Emergency Medicine at Wayne Memorial Hospital located in Honesdale, Pa.

Wayne Memorial Hospital is a 90-bed acute care hospital with an additional 14 beds dedicated to inpatient rehabilitation. The hospital includes state-of-the-art imaging services, laboratory services, outpatient lab and rehabilitation facilities, a birthing unit (New Beginnings), and an expanded Emergency Department.

Honesdale, PA , is located in the breathtaking Pocono Mountains. These cloud-covered peaks are great for hiking, biking, fishing and canoeing. The greater Honesdale area is rich in architectural treasures, many dating back to the 1800s. It features many fine retail and gift shops; friendly, professional services; cozy restaurants and cafes; and architecturally resplendent homes.
