We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in a community and retail pharmacy setting. The ideal candidate will provide expert medication dispensing, patient counseling, and prescription verification while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective inventory management. This role requires collaboration with healthcare providers and proficient use of pharmacy management software to deliver exceptional pharmaceutical care.
Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately to patients
- Counsel patients on medication usage and safety
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy and authenticity
- Manage inventory to maintain optimal medication stock levels
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards
- Analyze potential drug interactions and contraindications
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in pharmacy
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
- Valid Pharmacist license
- Proven skills in medication dispensing and patient counseling
- Strong communication skills
