Job Summary We are seeking a Barista to provide world‑class service, ensure quality products, efficient service, and maintain a clean and organized store. The role offers an hourly rate plus tips. Role Responsibilities Maintain mission focus and drive to achieve company objectives. Pay close attention to detail while preparing beverages, retail items, and food. Observe all standards for recipes, product quality, and health and safety. Keep the workstation clean, set up, and organized according to company standards. Ensure all equipment is operational and report any maintenance needs. Anticipate customer and store needs based on cues and environment. Communicate productively with the team and management, assist in new team member training, and contribute to a positive team environment. Act with radical transparency, integrity and commitment that promote the culture and mission of the company. Adhere to operational policies and procedures including cash handling and safety regulations. Celebrate team and individual achievements while reinforcing store morale. Maintain a calm, customer‑first attitude at all times. Education and Skill Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). 1+ years of customer service experience (preferred). Previous barista or server work is desirable. Willingness to learn new coffee techniques and equipment. Attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts. Basic math skills. Ability to gauge customer preferences. Excellent communication skills. Position Type / Hours / Physical Requirements Part‑time position that may require long hours, including weekends and nights. Responsibilities include standing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, bending, twisting, rotating, and reaching. Ability to work with mechanical/brewing equipment, lift light to moderate weights, and sit/stand at a terminal for extended periods.
