In this role, you'll work on a production floor where we use advanced 3D printers to make parts for customers around the world. No experience with 3D printing is required—we'll teach you everything you need to know.Role Description: As a 3D Print Production Associate, you'll help run machines, finish printed parts, check for quality, and prepare products for shipment. You'll play an important part in making sure orders are completed on time and done right. This is a full-time, hourly position at our high-tech facility, where you'll have the opportunity to learn and rotate through several different hands-on production stations.Responsibilities:Operate 3D printers and other production equipment (training provided)Clean, finish, inspect, and package printed partsFollow quality standards and safety proceduresStay organized and keep your work area cleanWork with teammates and communicate clearly with supervisorsHelp meet daily production goalsRequirements:Prior experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or a similar role is helpful but not requiredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsAble to work independently and efficiently after trainingComfortable in a fast-paced environment and willing to jump in where neededWork Environment and Physical Demands:Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery noise, temperature changes, and particulate materials.Ability to stand, walk, and work on the production floor for extended periods.Lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.Perks & Benefits:Comprehensive healthcare benefits through UMR (leveraging United Healthcare Provider Network)Vision and dental includedFSA/HSAFull-time, hourly employees will accrue PTO hourly, beginning on their start date, up to a maximum of 3 weeks (120 hours) PTO per year.Commuter benefitsFertility benefits and parental leaveFitness and wellness benefitsFinancial planning/401kMeals and snacks—catered lunch 3x/weekUnlimited 3D printingCompensation At Formlabs, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location and expected impact on the organization. The hourly base pay range for this role is: $20 USD.
