Summary The Client Advisor serves as a Brand ambassador, delivering memorable, personalized experiences to clientele and tailoring interactions to elevate the customer relationship. The role focuses on building long-term relationships through in-house clienteling tools while achieving individual and team sales objectives. The ideal candidate is curious, customer-focused, and motivated to grow within a luxury retail environment. Responsibilities Achieve individual and team objectives and sales goals. Learn and master Brand and product knowledge across all categories. Advise clients across the Brand and all product categories with a personalized advisory approach. Leverage clienteling tools and systems to develop and maintain long-term client relationships. Contribute to team performance in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. Requirements Previous retail experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury setting, or strong background in customer-centric roles. Strong commercial and strategic sales mindset with a willingness to learn and grow. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and clienteling skills. Curiosity and creativity in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
