Commercial HVAC Service and Maintenance Technician
Campbell Mechanical Services is a third-generation, family-owned commercial HVAC mechanical contractor with 100+ employees. We are committed to excellence, integrity, and delivering superior performance across all industrial HVAC systems.
We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service & Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Position Summary
The Commercial HVAC Technician is responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of commercial heating and cooling systems. This role ensures all work meets company standards and provides customers with a high-quality service experience.
Pay & Benefits
- Pay: Union scale
- Benefits: Provided through Union contract
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
- Occasional overtime and on-call rotations required
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling Certification
- Minimum OSHA 10 certification
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training, seminars, or union-provided education
- Comfortable working at heights
- Strong understanding of the value of preventative maintenance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly to commercial customers and coworkers
- Willingness to take on responsibility and leadership when needed
- Strong troubleshooting skills and determination to solve mechanical problems
- Commercial or industrial mechanical experience in HVAC, plumbing, and building automation systems
Preferred Qualifications
- HVAC Technical School Certificate
- Journeyman Card
