We are currently seeking a qualified OBGYN Physician for placement in/around Santa Cruz, California. Overview Job Title: OBGYN Physician Certification: MD, DO Specialty: Obstetrics and Gynecology Setting: Outpatient + Inpatient Coverage PT/FT: Full-Time 3–4 clinic days per week Post-call day included 1–2 call shifts per week (4–6 per month) Call from home Shared call 1:6-7 Minimum 48 in-house call shifts annually (once hospitalist program active) Compensation & Benefits Clinicians will receive competitive pay, valuable benefits options, and potential bonuses/perks tied to specific roles.
