As an Applebee's Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to support the servers in delivering the best drink experience. You should be friendly to both staff and customers, create drinks according to established standards, and contribute to a great bar experience. You will work hard but have a great time doing it. Responsibilities Mix and serve high-quality beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) according to established standards. Provide friendly, engaging service to staff and customers to create a positive bar experience. Support servers to deliver excellent guest experiences and ensure timely service. Qualifications You must be at least 21 years old (per state law). Effective communication with colleagues and customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a team. Physical ability to perform duties (standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, etc.). Benefits & Compensation Compensation: Applebee's® Bartenders start at minimum wage up to $16.28/hour, plus tips. Competitive wages (plus tips) and daily pay options where available.
