As a Certified Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring patient safety and supporting surgical teams during invasive procedures.

In this role, you will work under the supervision of surgeons and registered nurses to maintain a safe and efficient operating room environment. Your expertise in surgical techniques, human anatomy, and the use of surgical tools will be crucial in facilitating successful surgical outcomes.

• Ensure completion of case carts according to preference cards
• Interpret and procure instruments and supplies based on preference cards
• Coordinate with operating room and sterile processing staff for instrumentation needs
• Review daily schedules and identify potential delays with charge nurse and sterile processing coordinator
• Manage core phone responsibilities and coordinate breaks and lunches
• Act as a resource for surgical services and sterile processing departments
• Communicate with materials management regarding supply utilization
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program or equivalent military program
• American Heart Association BLS Certified
• Certified Surgical Technologist
