About The Role Position Title: Logistics Specialist Position Overview: Reporting to the NA Supply Chain & Operations Manager, the Logistics Specialist will be a key focal point for logistical activities within KEVIN.MURPHY’s Global Supply Chain function. The role will be responsible for coordinating intercompany stock movements, managing logistics transactions and tracking, and supporting the smooth flow of incoming and outgoing goods across KEVIN.MURPHY’s global warehouse network. The Logistics Specialist will also act as a key point of contact for the North American warehouse and support global warehousing operations, working closely with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely logistics processes. Top 5 Priorities for Success in this Role: Own the Deliver.NA mailbox and coordinate incoming and outgoing activities related to the North American warehouse, including inventory, quality, system set-up, and operational enquiries. Manage intercompany stock movements across the US, EU, Asia Pacific, and other markets, including stock transfers for Education, E-commerce, Events, and other business activities. Proactively resolve logistical issues and delays to minimize disruption to operations and ensure timely delivery of goods. Monitor and maintain master data and inventory transactions , ensuring accurate stock receipts, movements, and system records. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve logistics processes, strengthen the operational set-up, and drive greater efficiency across the Global Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities: Deliver.NA mailbox: Act as the focal point and coordinator for the shared mailbox covering incoming and outgoing activities related to the North American warehouse. Assess incoming requests, take appropriate action, and coordinate with the relevant stakeholders across the organization. Ensure the systematic management of logistics documentation and data required for global inventory and supply management. Intercompany stock movements: Manage order creation, monitoring, and transactional activities related to stock movements between KEVIN.MURPHY’s global warehouse entities. Coordinate the process from request and order creation through fulfillment, dispatch, and receipt, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Logistics and warehouse coordination: Work closely with freight forwarders, 3PLs, and other logistics partners to ensure the accurate and timely receipt of incoming goods into KEVIN.MURPHY systems. Coordinate adjustments, stock movements, and other transactional updates where required. Reporting and analysis: Prepare reports and analysis on logistics performance, activities, stock movements, and operational KPIs to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement. Process improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics processes, identify opportunities for increased efficiency, and improve the overall operational set-up. Stakeholder management: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Finance, IT, warehouses, freight partners, and other logistics providers. Standard operating procedures: Develop, document, maintain, and implement standard operating procedures for logistics operations across the KEVIN.MURPHY Global organization. Education and Experience: Minimum3 years of hands-on experience in logistics and/or Supply Chain operations, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. Strong experience working with ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is an advantage. Experience with Power BI is an advantage. Ability and willingness to work flexibly across different time zones when required. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, diligent, and structured approach to work. Demonstrated ability to take ownership and responsibility for tasks and projects. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment.
