Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong programming experience to support the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise software applications. This role requires expertise in modern application development practices, including API-driven architecture, scalable backend services, and front-end frameworks.
The ideal candidate will have experience translating technical designs into functional software solutions, following established coding standards, and collaborating within Agile/iterative development environments. In some cases, experience working in Agile teams will be required. Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications
- Translate technical specifications into working code following architecture guidelines
- Build scalable backend services and APIs
- Develop responsive and modular front-end components
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative development cycles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues
- Utilize modern development tools and AI-assisted coding platforms to improve productivity
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5-10 years of relevant software development experience (excluding training period)
- Minimum 2 years of on-site experience in similar technology/domain environments
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration
- Front-end development experience using React, TypeScript, JavaScript
- Experience with SQL databases (and familiarity with NoSQL is a plus)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA
- Understanding of Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Health insurance or healthcare domain experience
- Experience working with distributed or modular system architectures
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and design patterns
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q)
- Java: 9-10 years (Required)
- Spring Boot / Microservices: 6-8 years (Required)
- Front-End Development (React / TypeScript / JavaScript): 4-5 years (Required)
- SQL: 9-10 years (Required)
- AI-Assisted Development Tools: 0-3 years (Required)
