- Participate in project and stakeholder alignment meetings , governance sessions, and regular status reviews.
- Review and understand existing Workday configuration to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Support end-to-end (E2E) tenant setup , including validation of configurations and integrations.
- Document business processes, configurations, and requirements -clearly distinguish between client-specific and standard setups.
- Collaborate with vendors to support the creation of Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation .
- Configure Workday HCM modules while ensuring existing business processes remain unaffected.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards based on business needs.
- Prepare and execute test scenarios, test scripts, and test data for E2E and UAT phases.
- Create mock data sets (e.g., organizations, job requisitions, employee records) for testing.
- Support testing cycles (E2E/UAT)-track issues, log defects, and assist in resolution.
- Validate data conversion and integrations to ensure accuracy and system integrity.
- Facilitate sign-offs and documentation of successful test completion.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis, configuration, and documentation tasks as directed by senior HRIS leadership to ensure timely project delivery.
