Remote Transactions Lead - Compliance & Process Optimization

eXp World Holdings Inc. is seeking a Transactions Lead to guide the Transactions team in a remote, US-wide role. You will drive validation, compliance, process optimization, and coaching to deliver world-class service to agents and brokers in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities include end-to-end transaction support, quality control, escalation resolution, and collaboration with Brokerage Operations to ensure timely settlements and accurate records.
