Jacobs Entertainment is currently in search of a " Restaurant Busser" for the Gold 'N Silver Inn . The Gold 'N Silver is Reno's oldest casual dining restaurant and has been a Reno landmark for over 60 years. The property has gone under a restoration and renovation that includes a neighborhood bar and updated dining room that will be a downtown Reno highlight for the next 60 years. - Refill water and assist with guest needs as directed by service staff
- Support servers and bartenders during peak periods
- Maintain cleanliness of dining rooms, service stations, and guest areas
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Speed, accuracy, and reliability in table turnover
- Consistent cleanliness and organization
- Professional conduct and situational awareness
- Individual task-level compliance
- Immediate reporting of safety or sanitation concerns
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
- ServSafe Alcohol (required)
- Identification that establishes identity
