Responsibilities may include: Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Providing companionship and social support Preparing meals and performing light housekeeping Assisting with mobility, walking, and transfers Providing medication reminders Accompanying clients to errands and appointments when appropriate Following individualized care plans Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition Promoting client safety, dignity, independence, and quality of life Who We Are Looking For We are seeking individuals who are: Compassionate, dependable, and trustworthy Patient and respectful Strong communicators Comfortable working independently Committed to providing high-quality care Interested in making a positive difference in the lives of seniors and adults We welcome applicants with experience as Caregivers, HHAs, PCAs, CNAs, STNAs, DSPs, Resident Assistants, and other related care professionals. Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to pass required background checks Ability to safely assist clients with daily activities and mobility Service Area Our caregivers serve clients throughout Geauga and Lake Counties, including: Chardon, Chagrin Falls, Mentor, Kirtland, Painesville, Middlefield, Burton, Chesterland, and surrounding communities.
