A top SF-based startup is looking for a strong software engineer to join their growing technology team on a full-time basis. This company builds autonomous AI systems that operate factories. The company connects fragmented systems inside manufacturing facilities into a unified data layer, then deploys AI agents that optimize decisions across entire operations for profit. They are looking for a Member of Technical Staff with 2+ years of experience to join an early-stage team. You should be a high-ownership, independent technical builder who is comfortable shipping to messy, real-world environments — whether your background is in systems programming, agent orchestration, quantitative work, or founding your own company. What will you be doing?
