About the Role
We're looking for a skilled and patient-focused Optometrist to join the Solaire Vision team. You'll be the heart of our practice - delivering comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and managing ocular conditions, and helping patients see the world more clearly. We're a practice that genuinely cares about both our patients and our team, and we're excited to find a doctor who shares that commitment.

What You'll Do
* Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments

* Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of ocular conditions and diseases

* Prescribe corrective lenses, contact lenses, and medications as needed

* Counsel patients on eye health, preventive care, and treatment options

* Collaborate with the optical team to ensure patients get the right eyewear solutions

* Maintain thorough and accurate patient records

* Contribute to a welcoming, patient-first practice culture

* Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution

* Active Virginia state optometry license (or eligibility to obtain one - new grads encouraged to apply)

Schedule
You'll work five days per week on a consistent, rotating schedule:

* Monday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

* Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

* Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

* Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

* Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

* Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (rotating)

* Sunday: Off
