Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support in a service bar/Genius Bar-style environment. This role requires hands-on technical support across end-user computing, networking, audio/video systems, and conference room technologies while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft 365, networking, and enterprise IT operations.

Work Schedule:

• 100% Onsite
• Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide walk-up IT support through a service bar/Genius Bar model.
• Deliver Level 2 technical support for end-user computing devices and peripherals.
• Support Windows PCs, Apple Macs, laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications and user productivity issues.
• Perform networking support, including cable patching and smart hands activities.
• Support Audio Visual (AV), Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), and conference room technologies.
• Execute IT operations and maintenance activities following established procedures and standards.
• Assist in implementing data security and information protection practices.
• Coordinate and perform operational testing and validation activities.
• Document operational processes and update technical procedures.
• Support continuous improvement of IT service delivery and operational processes.
• Provide end-user coaching and technical training when needed.
• Serve as a technical advisor to colleagues and business users.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of enterprise IT support experience.
• Strong experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Experience providing Level 2 desktop support.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and patching activities.
• Experience providing Smart Hands support for infrastructure teams.
• Experience supporting Audio Visual systems and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience documenting technical procedures and operational processes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced onsite support environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Operational Technology (OT) networks.
• Experience working in enterprise service desk or walk-up support environments.
• ITIL knowledge or certification.
• Relevant Microsoft, Apple, or CompTIA certifications.
