This role combines hands-on patient care with clinic leadership and operational oversight. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing clinicians, fostering a positive team culture, and driving outstanding patient outcomes while maintaining operational excellence. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, post-surgical, balance, gait, and sports-related conditions Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and patient goals Lead day-to-day clinic operations and support a collaborative team environment Mentor and support therapy staff through coaching and professional development Assist with scheduling, clinic workflows, and patient experience initiatives Support community outreach and referral relationship development Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers Maintain timely and accurate documentation within EMR systems Promote clinical excellence, compliance, and operational efficiency Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited program Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in West Virginia Previous outpatient physical therapy experience preferred Leadership or clinic management experience preferred Strong communication, leadership, and clinical reasoning skills Passion for mentorship and patient-centered care Interested in hearing more?
