• $3000 monthly base salary is always guaranteed based on working a full schedule (our salespeople are NOT on a commission-based compensation plan). After achievement of any guaranteed amount additional per-car bonuses will be earned with no limits

Example Schedule:

Monday - 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday - Off Wednesday - 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM Thursday - 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM Friday - 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday - 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure the referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Direct report to the General Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your A game & positive attitude with you every day

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours & Saturdays
• Experience is preferred, but we will train the right applicant
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Self-motivated
• Organized
• Excellent customer care. Follow-up is crucial
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & MVR
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must complete the pre-screen survey
• Must attach a current resume
