As the Store Manager at Hot Spot Cell, you'll run the day-to-day operations at our retail wireless store. This is a hands-on manager position where you will be managing store operations, coaching your team, and driving sales performance. If you enjoy developing people and creating a positive, energetic retail environment for customers and employees, this role may be great for you!

What You'll Do

• Hire, train, coach, and retain top retail talent
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Drive individual and team sales performance to meet or exceed monthly goals
• Provide ongoing feedback, performance coaching, and recognition
• Coach team members on consultative selling and product knowledge

What We're Looking For

• 1–3+ years of retail management or leadership experience (wireless preferred)
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales team
• Strong sales mindset with experience hitting or exceeding goals
• Comfortable with performance metrics, reporting, and accountability
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends

Compensation: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
