At Cypress Truck Lines, our CDL-A OTR and Regional Flatbed Drivers earn up to $0.62 per mile, enjoy consistent freight year-round, and have the flexibility to stay out 23 weeks OTR or be home every other weekend regionally. Pay & Bonuses

OTR Pay (per mile):

- 5+ yrs: $0.60

- 4 yrs: $0.59

- 3 yrs: $0.58

- 2 yrs: $0.57

- 1 yr: $0.56

- 612 mos: $0.54

- 06 mos: $0.52

Regional Pay (home every weekend):

- 5+ yrs: $0.62

- 4 yrs: $0.61

- 3 yrs: $0.60

- 2 yrs: $0.59

- 1 yr: $0.58

- 012 mos: $0.54

Extra Pay & Bonuses:

- Performance bonus: up to $600 quarterly

- Seniority bonus: $500$2,500 annually

Requirements

- Must be able to pass a hair follicle drug test

- Valid CDL-A, Age 21+

- Safe driving record: No DUI in 10 yrs, No felonies in 7 yrs, Max 2 violations in 5 yrs

- No experience required (except Alabama: 6 mos CDL-A required)
