Job Purpose:

The Saw Shop Sales employee will provide a satisfactory customer service experience by assisting customers in store and over the phone with our various products and ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Job Duties:

1. Explain merchandise and show suitable options for particular needs.
2. In-store sales and assisting customers at the front counter with purchases and recommendations
3. Answering phones to address customer concerns or inquiries
4. Writing up sales orders for special items that may not be readily available in store
5. Stocking floor inventory
6. Performing other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

1. Sales experience preferred but not required
2. Small engine mechanic experience desired but not required
3. Valid Driver's License required
4. Rotating Saturdays required
5. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
6. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and fit-for-duty physical.
