Bulk Loader

Are you looking for a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced warehouse environment? We are seeking a Bulk Loader to safely load, unload, transfer, and package bulk lubricants and oils while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in accuracy, and values being part of a hardworking team. What You'll Do Safely load and unload bulk oil and lubricant products from tanker trucks, storage tanks, drums, pails, and kegs. Operate pumps, filters, valves, and other transfer equipment. Climb tanker truck ladders and perform top-loading operations. Monitor product transfers to ensure accuracy and prevent leaks or spills. Perform product quality testing and verify incoming and outgoing materials meet quality standards. Calculate weights, volumes, and mixtures to meet customer specifications. Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation accurately. Assist with physical inventory counts and warehouse organization. Properly label, store, and handle additives and other materials. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and promptly address spills or housekeeping concerns. Assist with general warehouse and material handling duties as needed. Follow all company safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. What We're Looking For Preferred Skills & Experience Forklift experience preferred Previous warehouse, manufacturing, bulk liquid handling, or industrial experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic math skills Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to learn computer systems, barcode scanners, and warehouse processes Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity Comfortable working around industrial equipment No fear of heights and ability to safely climb ladders Physical Requirements Frequently lift and move up to 70 pounds Occasionally move heavier materials with appropriate equipment such as drum carts Regular standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and climbing Ability to work on tanker trucks and elevated platforms Ability to work both indoors and outdoors as needed Work Environment Fumes and airborne particles Varying temperatures and weather conditions Moving mechanical equipment Moderate industrial noise levels Why Join Us?
