Data Science Analyst

Data Science Analyst at Tiger Analytics Tiger Analytics is seeking a Data Science Analyst to join our team in Evansville, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the data and analytics space, with a strong grasp of data analysis, business analysis, and requirement gathering. Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business problems and develop actionable analytical models. Design and execute quantitative analysis, including statistical modeling and forecasting. Prepare clear visualizations and reports to communicate findings to non-technical audiences. Support the development of dashboards and KPIs to monitor business performance. Contribute to a culture of data-driven decision making across the organization. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics and business analysis. Proficient in tools such as SQL, Python, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience with requirement gathering and stakeholder engagement. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Prior experience in the CPG industry is a strong plus.
