Job Summary: The RN performs under the direct supervision of the Director and is delegated an assignment by the charge nurse to achieve quality patient care. The Clinical Nurse implements the nursing process in an organized, systematic manner, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, in collaboration with the unit charge nurse. Responsibilities include providing age-appropriate care, documenting all care in the Medical Record, and ensuring continuity of care. The RN demonstrates technical aptitude, critical thinking in emergent situations, and the ability to anticipate the needs of physicians and anesthesia. This role also involves educating patients and families, adhering to organizational values, and complying with departmental policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Two years of nursing experience
• Graduate of a recognized and accredited Registered Nurse program
• Licensed RN able to practice in the State of MS
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• NIH Stroke Scale
• Neonatal Resuscitation
• S.T.A.B.L.E
• Fetal Heart Monitor Course
