Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Premier Living and Healthcare Center. Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed physician
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by a physician
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the registered nurse or licensed physician
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care

Requirements:
- Current LPN license in NC
- Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
